A BETTER FIRST BRIEF
Bring the right details
to the conversation.
A clear purchasing brief makes it easier to shortlist a grade and prepare a relevant quotation.
Cocoa buyer's checklist

TWO DIFFERENT QUESTIONS
Fat level is not the same as processing.
High, medium and low fat describe a fat profile. Natural and alkalized describe processing. An inquiry should specify both dimensions when they matter to your recipe.
Start from your existing specification
Share the required values in the inquiry or describe a reference product. Product photos do not establish colour limits or grade identity. Ask for a sample and the corresponding TDS before approval.
