JINDE COCOA / B2B INGREDIENT SOURCING
Cocoa powder for the Philippines
Natural and alkalized cocoa sourcing discussions for food manufacturers and ingredient distributors.
Bring your biscuit, cake, beverage or confectionery application. Our trade team coordinates with Cambodia-based production to review a suitable grade, sample arrangements and a destination-specific quotation.

Choose processing and fat content separately
Natural cocoa powder is non-alkalized. Evaluate its flavour and interaction with your leavening system in the finished recipe. Alkalized cocoa powder offers a different acidity and colour profile; it is not automatically interchangeable with natural cocoa.
For both types, confirm the fat range, pH, colour method, fineness and moisture limit in the proposed technical data sheet. Photos are illustrative and cannot establish a grade or colour standard.
For ingredient distributors
- Identify your customer applications and current reference cocoa.
- Separate an initial trial quantity from expected repeat demand.
- Specify bag size, food-contact liner, pallet and warehouse handling requirements. A 25 kg bag can be requested; availability and MOQ need confirmation.
- Discuss compliant distributor labelling, batch traceability and the named importing company before agreeing on packaging. Do not remove legally required manufacturer or origin information.
For biscuit, bakery and beverage manufacturers
- Compare samples in the same recipe and process, including baked colour, flavour, texture and production yield.
- For beverages, evaluate dispersion and settling under the actual preparation conditions; cocoa does not dissolve like sugar.
- Agree the acceptance criteria with your purchasing and technical teams before issuing a purchase order.
Build the Philippine shipment brief
Tell us the importing entity and exact delivery point: a named Manila port or a specific warehouse address, not just "Philippines". Ask your importer and customs broker to confirm the current food-import, business-licensing, product, labelling and document requirements for this shipment.
Review the grade TDS, relevant batch COA, microbiological and contaminant requirements, shelf life, origin evidence and any health or other certificates required for the proposed route. No existing Philippine registration or blanket import approval is implied.
Production country, cocoa bean origin and export loading point are different facts. Cambodia production does not by itself establish preferential origin or a tariff benefit. Confirm the actual shipment route and applicable evidence.
Request a comparable quotation
Provide the quantity, currency, grade, packaging, delivery window and named place under an agreed Incoterms rule. Ask which freight, insurance, import taxes, port charges and inland delivery costs are included. Prices and availability are confirmed in a dated written quotation with a validity period.
Sample costs and shipping are agreed before dispatch. MOQ, stock, delivery timing, documents and credit terms are not fixed by this page. Orders require a separately agreed contract.
